Jamie Murray to Make Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic Debut Following Retirement Announcement

The Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic is set to welcome a new face to the court this May, as Jamie Murray makes his debut appearance following his recent retirement from professional tennis.

A highly respected figure in the doubles game, Murray brings a wealth of experience to the event, having enjoyed a decorated career that includes multiple Grand Slam titles and Davis Cup success. While he may have stepped away from the professional tour, fans will have the opportunity to see him back in action in a new setting at The Hurlingham Club.

Adding a special family dynamic to this year’s event, Jamie will be joined by his mother, Judy Murray, who returns for her third consecutive appearance at the Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic. A passionate advocate for grassroots sport and participation, Judy has become a familiar and popular presence at the event.

Jamie’s debut marks an exciting chapter for the event, blending elite sporting pedigree with the inclusive and community-focused spirit that defines the Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic.

Taking place across two days in May, the event continues to bring together sport, entertainment and community, all in support of Laureus Sport for Good, using the power of sport to drive positive social change.

With both Jamie and Judy Murray set to feature, this year’s event promises another memorable addition to the Alfred Dunhill Padel Classic calendar.
